A little bit about me:

I am a 3D Supervisor and visual effects artist based on Los Angeles with over 25 years’ experience in digital animation production.  In that time, I have been able to serve on a wide variety of projects ranging from feature films, television series, commercials, and stereoscopic ride films. I have worked the full spectrum of CG production including on-set supervision, concept design, design of production pipelines, and coordination of budgets and project bids. 

I have worked as a TD and 3D generalist with a specialty in problem solving procedural and dynamics-based effects.  I enjoy designing and executing rugged, adaptable approaches to generating novel imagery.  My years of experience have given me the ability to pace my work to the resources available for the job, whether the meticulous marathon of film production or the driven sprint of an episodic schedule.

I have spent most of my career working at medium to smaller-sized studios where I enjoy the challenges of having to serve a wide variety of roles.  I thrive in the synergy of working with other artists in collaboration, but am equally comfortable working independently.  Beyond driving software, I see my job as working to actively communicate with my coworkers; I know that when you can build an environment of trust and respect among artists in which each one is supported to do what they do best, amazing things can happen.
